Today we recommend four types of porridge for everybody to lose weight. Their necessary materials are rice beans, Chinese watermelon, etc. These materials are easy to get. So everybody can make them at home.
1.Chinese watermelon porridge
1. Chinese watermelon porridge: 100g fresh Chinese watermelon, 150g rice. Cut up Chinese watermelon and boil with rice. Eat the porridge every morning and evening.

2. Rice bean porridge
2. Rice bean porridge: 150g red beans, 50g rice. Clean red beans first and soak for 2-3 hours. Add rice till the red beans are boiled softly. Consider this porridge as your staple food in the morning and evening.

3. Cornmeal porridge
3. Cornmeal porridge: Mix right amount of cornmeal with water evenly. After rice porridge is boiled, add cornmeal paste and boil together. You can eat it at will.

4. White Tuckahoe porridge
4. White Tuckahoe porridge: 20g white Tuckahoe, 50g rice. Grind white Tuckahoe into powder and boil with rice. Eat it in the morning and evening.
