7. Low-alcohol wine -accelerate metabolism

We usually believe that wine is unhealthy food. However, a variety of low-alcohol contains a lot of nutrients. For example, rice wine contains sugar, dextrin, organic acids, amino acids and various vitamins. Wine contains sugar and more than 10 kinds of amino acid. And beer is called "liquid bread" for it can produce calories equivalent to 5-6 eggs or 500 grams lean meat after digestion.

Additional recommendations: If you love eating sandwiches, you can do turkey sandwich by yourself. Slice bread into two parts and turkey into flakes. Wash lettuce and slice tomatoes. Put turkey on the upper piece of bread. According to personal taste, sprinkle black pepper appropriately. Finally put tomato slices and lettuce on turkey meat.
