7 Steps to Speed up Your Fat Combustion

Is it real that high-frequency and strength healthy exercises may let us speed up weight loss? In fact, only master correct methods and pay attention to details, can you get twice the result with half the effort.

1. Separate into several steps

If you do high-strength exercises continuously, you will feel exhausted. But interim rest may help you maintain this high-strength level. Therefore, separate the exercises into several steps as possible as you can, you will receive better effect of losing weight.

2. Grasp the rhythm

Master the rhythm in 30~45 minutes' aerobic exercise and you will consume double calories. Exercise frequency adjustment is different from person to person. Not everybody needs to exercise till his heart beats fast and sweats all over.

5. Accurate movement

Complete each step strictly and achieve the maximum exercise effect in limited time. Do your best to attain your coach's requirement of exercise range. Make sure your each step can achieve the- best effect

6. Balance whole body movement

Pay attention to balance your calories combustion. If you don't want to spend more time on fitness items, 45 minutes' exercise would be the most appropriate for you. Choose the items which can exercise your whole body, such as swimming, dancing and aerobics.

7. Focus your attention

Focus your attention when you're exercising. If you exercise a certain part of muscles, you should pay your attention and feeling to this part, thus you can receive better effect.
